Leadership SC – Future Challenges Session

Our last session of your Leadership SC experience is all about change.

South Carolina’s future depends on making positive changes that impact our workforce, our educational
system, our government, our economy, our healthcare system and our communities.

Our focus this session is on Future Challenges. We will look at transformational changes in our
communities and how these changes affect neighborhoods, businesses, schools, and quality of life.
We’ll also look at leading during a violent crisis – which seems an all too familiar event but will give you
valuable insight on how to prepare your organization and your community.

Thursday, April 13 th is your Graduation Day from Leadership SC. While you will receive your diploma,
you are challenged to seek more opportunities to impact our state with your success for years to come.

Every member of the 2023 Class has a vital role in making our state a better place – what will you do to
impact our state?
