During our third session, we explore public education and workforce development in the Upstate.

First, we look at Greenville County School District, SC’s largest school district in size and student population, tackling the challenges of teaching during a pandemic. The innovative programs and motivated educators demonstrate why Greenville School District is one of the most progressive school districts in the nation, embracing technology, curriculum development, and project-based learning.

Later, we explore Workforce readiness by going to Anderson’s Career & Technology Center for Anderson District 1 and 2; followed by Tri-County Tech to see how students fast-track to careers.
