Jenny Boulware

Overview

Jenny Boulware is the manager of the Main Street South Carolina program of the South Carolina Municipal Association. In her role, she provides technical assistance for local leaders working on community development and downtown revitalization projects in towns and cities across the state.

She previously worked as associate coordinator of the Public History Program at West Virginia University, a design services consultant with the South Carolina Downtown Development Association and as executive director of Main Street Laurens.

Jenny has a B.A. in history from Coastal Carolina University and a master’s degree in public history from the University of South Carolina.

She has been active in professional and community groups including the National Trust for Historic Preservation and the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. She is a graduate of Leadership Laurens.
